How to Switch from 12-Hour to 24-Hour Time Format on Your Device

To manually set the time on your watch, follow the steps below:

1. Unlock the screen by pressing the bottom left button.
2. Navigate to the ‘Settings’ menu and press select to enter.
3. Scroll to ‘Time’ and press select.
4. Choose ‘Set Time’ and press select to begin editing.
5. Use the top and bottom left buttons to adjust the numbers.
6. Use the top right button to move between hours, minutes, and AM/PM.
7. Once you've set the correct time, press the top right button twice to confirm.
8. Press the bottom right button to return to the home screen.
   
   Tip: If your watch supports syncing with a mobile app, connecting it via Bluetooth may automatically update the time.
